The breakfast is amazingly tasty. Room is small but very clean and comfy.

I did find if noisy outside of the moque prayers. The walls are thin and I heard snoring, tv and other talking till morning. Really my sleep was not the best every night.

Excellent staff, great location, wonderful city. Simple but good breakfast every morning. Rooms were always very clean and cozy. Free wifi in the lobby. Good food at small restaurant around the corner from hotel. Excellent staff really makes the hotel stand out.

Very friendly staff willing to help, room size was ok, rooms clean. Excellent location just a short walk to tram and major attractions so it made it very easy to get around. Breakfast was good.

Location, location, location. Its located off the busy street yet 2 blocks from Tram 1, which is perfect for public transportation to the historical sites. The breakfast food was very good, offering Turkish and some American food was served. I would stay there again!

Staff were very helpful especially Latif whose name in arabic means Gentle & he's really gentle & so helpful. We were a 6 persons' family, booking 4ruple room without any trouble and no extra charges from the hotel even for breakfast, which we appreciate a lot. Safe deposit box is an advantage in the hotel. Location is perfect, close to the tram and so quiet at night not like the other busy hotels. Free airport pickup also is another advantage.

For improvements they need flies killer in the breakfast restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent.

The management had misplaced my booking. They started looking up their files after I reached the hotels. They first said they had no information about my aririval. But when they found the papers in their records, They gave us a triple room, instead of a double at no extra cost. But I would have been stranded, if they did not have anyother room available. I wonder what they would have done if no room was available.

Location is very good, within walking distance to many places of attraction, eg. Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque etc.Hotel staff are friendly and helpful to provide travel tips as well.

Rooms had horrid decor and I think my bed had fleas...

The staff is kind and helpful and the position of the hotel is good if you want to visit the old city. The room was always very clean.

The street beside the hotel is quite noisy in the morning.

The staff was extremely supportive and helped us find tours, taxis and restaurants during the stay.

The road side rooms are a bit noisy. Ear plugs are advised

Good Location , Prefect Quality Vs Price

The location was good if staying only a couple of days.

We had to ask for towels & toilet roll 2 days running. After the 2 days, still no toilet roll so we had to buy some from a local shop. Cleanliness of the room was not very good, floors (carpet) was dirty.
